Position Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance products that provide the best coverage and value. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products such as life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes to clients.
- Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and resolving any issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to facilitate policy issuance and renewals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong goal orientation.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid insurance license (state-specific, if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
